M.O.R.E. - is modeled after the highly successful Department of Defense Overseas Job Fairs in Europe and the Far East [1992-1998].
M.O.R.E. - has over 15 years overseas and state side job fair experience and is a 100% veteran-owned company.
M.O.R.E. - Works with the Transition Managers to organize Job Fairs. M.O.R.E. does not hire or place personnel.
M.O.R.E. - receives outstanding support from the overseas and state side Transition Managers and Family Member Employment Offices.
M.O.R.E. - job fair attendees are separating Officers, Warrant Officers, Enlisted from all Military Services. Other job fair attendees are Military Family Members, DoD Civilians and Defense Contractors.
Employers Note: Historically, 65% of job fair attendees left the military in less than 6 Months.
